My car broke down in Lake Forest today and I needed towed to the dealership in Arlington Heights. The driver arrived very quickly, and he was very professional and helpful!! He was clean, his truck was clean, he was polite, efficient, and a safe driver!! I can't say enough good things about him!! Thanks for hiring such a great employee!!!

AAA sent B & R out to the my car and they were friendly, super quick and knowledgeable about giving me resourced on my car.

My car wouldn't start today and AAA sent a very nice man from B&R services. He jumped my car and advised me to leave it running. He even called me back and left me a message about local mechanics that were open on Sundays since mine was closed. I was so impressed by this shop...I let them know the problem..they ordered the parts and my appointment was on time!! When I picked up my car it was the mechanic that told me the problem and he did not treat me like a "girl". Thanks B&R for a great and reasonable priced experience.
